The Owner
Shelley Banker, a 1993 Penn State graduate, opened The Rag and Bone in 1995 after traveling & working abroad. Shelley lives in a farmhouse outside of town that she and her husband, Doug are slowly renovating. The work she is most proud of, though, is raising their 6 year-old daughter, Rose.
